Elrod Nominated to Fifth Circuit

As reported by Howard Bashman at How Appealing:

President Bush has nominated Jennifer Walker Elrod to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit:  Currently, Elrod serves as a state district judge in Houston.  She has been nominated to fill the vacancy created when Circuit Judge Patrick E.
